Job Description

IT Infrastructure Technician – Hull / Hybrid £25,000 - £28,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefitsThis profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Infrastructure Technician, who has a proven track record of success working with a multitude of technologies. You will be responsible for the support and administration of the company’s IT, resolvingend user IT issues both in-person and remotely.As an IT Technician, you will respond to user tickets within a timely manner as well as work with the service desk supervisor on rollouts of new software/systems, training users. As part of a team, your core responsibility will be to proactively monitor businesssystems to reduce downtime.The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2-3 days per week in their Hull office.Package:

Experience / Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience in an IT Service desk / IT Support role.
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10.
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment.
  • PC hardware set-up and configuration.
  • Active Directory User & Group configuration.
  • Microsoft Windows Server OS
