IT Field Engineer - Hull - £40,000 (On-site/Field)3rd line - Hands on TechnicalAre you a skilled IT Field Engineer with experience vast experience across Server Operations, Network maintenance and Project rollouts If you have a proven track record in these areas, this exciting role might be perfect for you!Our client is seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to join their team, presenting a great opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced MSP environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the clientsIT infrastructure, consistently demonstrating the highest level of technical expertise, responsiveness, and customer service.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to diversify their current skill set in project focused hands-on technical role. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the required technical prowess, we encourage you toapply and be a part of this incredible opportunity!Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd & 3rd Line IT support both across multiple sites.
  • Travel to local sites as required to deliver on-site support and maintenance.
  • Taking lead with project rollouts and migrations
  • Managing and maintaining client Infrastructure - including operating servers, Network systems and advanced hardware.
Key Skills
  • Microsoft Windows environment
  • Office 365 applications
  • Windows Servers (2016-2022)
  • Networking - Routers, Switches, Patching, firewalls
  • MSP experience or large end user support
  • Scripting experience - PowerShell/Python
  • Virtualisation - Hyper-V/ VMware
  • Back-up Technologies - Veeam
  • Hardware/software setups & management
  • Strong customer/client service
