Job Description

Interim Senior HRBP Salary: £55,000 +Location: HullWorking for a highly successful recognised organisation that has excellent strong "people values" and inspires people to be the best they can be!Working for this incredible business who are currently experiencing significant growth and positive change, this role will give you the opportunity to experience a broad operational HR role working across a number of UK sites.The culture is very inclusive, open and the HR team are very much part of the culture supporting the growth and future acquisitions. THE ROLE: The role will involve supporting 3 very different sites with different needs and working closely with the MD and senior leadership teams for 6 months. Although not guaranteed there is possible potential for this role to go perm for the right individual. The role requires a hands on approach to all HR issues, working closely with the unions and supporting the management teams in all things HR.This role is best suited to a confident self starter who has a strong ER background, experience of acquisitions, recruitment, and a good all round operational HR professional having worked in busy positive manufacturing companies.This role will also suit a change manager who works well with different groups of stakeholders and has strong communication skills.This is a great time to work in this organisation as they start their ambitious journey to grow into new markets and restructure certain parts of their business where the HR person can lead on transformation.THE CANDIDATE:CIPD 5Ideally worked in manufacturing sector and experience of unionsExperience of working in acquisitionsGood solid broad operational HR background and a true HR generalistExperience of supporting Commercial teams Good working knowledge of HR systemsAbsolutely key is that this person must be a "self starter" Strong ER experience Previous experience of end to end recruitmentExcellent employment law knowledge and up-to-dateTHE COMPANY:A well known global company.
