Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist role sits with the Health & Medical Solutions, as part of the Care for Business team who are responsible for vets, pharmacy, distributors and long term care.The role will be responsible for the retention and profitable growth of our current distributor and customer relationships, focusing in general on moderate sized distributors.In this position you will be accountable for profitable growth, retention, up selling with a select group of customers operating with clear guidance from your manager and executing on priorities defined by Commercial Planning.Customer interactions are predominantly done via remote selling, such as phone and virtual tools such as Microsoft team and email as key touchpoints.Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this role is a permanent, remote, full-time position. Although a remote position the ideal candidate should be situated within easily commutable distance of Willerby.Our client are looking for people who embody their values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we’d love to talk.This is a remote role but occasionally you will be needed to visit their office in HullWhat You Will DoIn this role you will be responsible for:

  • Support the Key Account Manager in delivering sales growth and profit
  • Develop new distribution through new customer development
  • Maintain existing customers through activity support and relationships
  • Account planning in line with business strategy
  • Product placement and promotion
  • Develop ongoing customer relationships though telephone, email and face to face contact
