An opportunity has arisen for a post within the CHCP Information Management Team to deliver systems training supporting operational and individual needs, with SystmOne being the primary clinical package. The post holder will be responsible for the continued implementation and management of systems through utilisation of the organisations project management framework and relevant skills. The post holder will be responsible for both the development and delivery of training packages in line with CHCP standards.There is also opportunity to develop understanding of other NHS systems, including ERS, CIS, eRostering and Expenses. In addition the post holder will support the business as usual routines of key systems including the remote support to CHCP employees.This position will provide a varied routine, working across the team assisting in the development of both internal and on occasion external service utilisation of our IT systems as well as supporting the overall data quality agenda.Based at the Business Support Centre in Hull the role will also require you to travel across the East Riding with occasional visits to the North West supporting our Clinical and Public Health teams in the use of IT Systems.
