We supply businesses in the sectors of food manufacturing, baking, foodservice and retail, and we work closely with customers to co-develop bespoke products.Position: In House Sales CoordinatorLocation: Hull, East YorkshireType: Full Time, PermanentSalary: CompetitiveAbout the roleAAK are seeking to appoint an In-House Sales Support Coordinator to work as part of the In-house Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Industrial Sales Account Managers and their customers, ensuring timely and accurate working whilst providing the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities

  • Assisting Account Managers with their customer base including price updates, preparing quotations, contract entry, contract balance and management, and forecasting using the Global Forecasting System.
  • Troubleshooting day to day customer issues and needs, liaising with other departments as necessary, i.e., customer services, transport, planning, warehouse etc.
  • Assisting in the entering and processing of customer orders as and when required by the business.
  • Managing a small customer base with sole responsibility for negotiating prices, entering contracts and being the point of contact for queries.
  • Assisting with overdue invoices, credit and debit notes.
  • Managing and communicating sample requests.
  • Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining customer database.
  • Managing customer complaints.
    • About youThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines, time manage and prioritise workloads.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
  • Customer service experience advantageous.
