Job Description

HR Advisor – Hull – Competitive SalaryChase & Holland are proud to be working with a successful, manufacturing business, who are a leading producer within their field. They are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Advisor to join their bright and dynamic team.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional to join a large, well-established business providing solid first-line HR advice to managers across multiple sites. You’ll play an integral part in driving positive change, implementing and demonstratingbest practises which will add value to the people agenda.Benefits:

HR Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Supporting managers with all HR related matters including grievances, flexible working etc
  • Participating in the development and enhancement of the engagement strategy
  • Driving key initiatives across the site such as well-being, ethical compliance etc
  • Monitor, analyse and report on weekly KPI’s including headcount, retention, turnover
  • Identifying improvement opportunities which will support and strengthen the HR agenda
  • Managing a small team of HR administrators to ensure tasks are completed effectively
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of working with a fast-paced HR function
  • Strong HR knowledge with the ability to work off own initiative
