Leaders In Care is looking for a Hospital Manager with significant experience in healthcare management to work at a brand new specialist eye hospital in Hull, and the position attracts a salary of up to £44k per annum. Does this sound like your next roleOur client is one of the UKs leading independent providers of ophthalmic services and the largest provider of NHS cataract surgery. The group runs 16 hospitals and will be opening several new hospitals over the next 12 months. We are looking for a Hospital Manager to lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to provide the highest quality of clinical care to our patients while ensuring the smooth running of the hospital in all departments. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of services at the hospital. You will work with and be supported by your local area manager and by the board to oversee the hospital and ensure it is CQC-compliant. Acting as a mentor to your team members, youll ensure colleagues and new staff members are provided with the support to succeed.To be eligible for this hospital management role, you must be registered nurse-qualified or ODP-qualified, and have medical experience working within a hospital environment. Ideally, you must have five to eight years extensive clinical experience. Youll also need to demonstrate experience of patient and public engagement.In return for your dedication and commitment, you will receive a competitive annual salary of up to £44,000, plus a bonus in June of up to 5% individual performance-related bonus, with a second bonus in February of the following year. You will also receive 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a company pension and an annual pay review.
