Join us now, be part of the team as our new Hotel Manager.Your Daily BusinessManaging and leading the Holiday Inn Express Hull City CentrePlacing and developing the hotel in the market both regionally and internationallyPromoting the brand image by adhering to all IHG brand and service standardsRecruiting new employees and ensuring the onboarding and development process is in placeOptimizing and controlling all operational processes in compliance with set quality standardsResponsibility and preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements and the annual budgetDevelopment and implementation of sales, marketing and revenue strategiesOperational support in all hotel areasSetting and reviewing the rate strategy Daily/Weekly/MonthlyOur ExpectationTraining or studies in the hotel industry with experience as Hotel Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager, Room Division or Front Office ManagerGood knowledge of the British hotel market, a pronounced awareness of quality and excellent host qualitiesVery good command in working with Microsoft Office applicationsOrganizational and solution-oriented working methods combined with a hands on mentalityLeader who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a differenceHigh service mentality and guest focusStrong communication skills, positive charisma, high self-motivationprevious revenue management experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £39,000.00-£46,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountReferral programmeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:A-Level or equivalent (preferred)Work Location: In person
