Job Description

Page Personnel are working with a Hull based business who are looking to appoint a Head of Customer Experience in a newly created opportunityClient DetailsOur client are an innovative and specialist within the communications industry. Due to unprecedented growth they are now looking to appoint a Head of Customer ExperienceDescriptionKey Responsibilities Include;

  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of a first-class service to customers on a consistent basis
  • Direct Management of 2, with indirect responsibility for the wider cx team
  • Ensure customer first processes are in place across the business
  • Monitor and track CSAT, complaints and positive feedback, tacking corrective action to address any negative feedback or issues
  • Ensure the all data in maintained and kept up to date
  • Ensure customer facing partners are delivering a best in class service by conducting regular reviews and measures
  • Responsibility for driving customer experience and customer retention KPIs
  • Identify way to enhance customer satisfaction at each touch-point
  • Create strong leadership directly and through key reports to all parties across various working hours
  • Create, maintain and measure various initiatives to best enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • ProfileThe Successful Candidate;
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Management of both B2C and B2B customer experience journeys
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Experience within Communications industry (desirable)
  • Customer Focused
  • Extensive leadership capabilities
