This role is reporting into a qualified Finance Manager and will involve all aspects of financial accounting, including audit responsibilities, as well as supporting junior members of the team.DescriptionResponsibilities of the role include preparing and documenting balance sheet reconciliations; monitor and report on budget variances; monitoring financial compliance, VAT reporting, audit advice and risk management; assist in the management accounts preparation, budgeting process, forecasting processes and key financial metrics; taking a lead on the statutory accounts preparation, 3 year planning and SFA reporting requirements, as well as audit responsibilities; to assist with payroll audits checks, financial risk management and audit issues; preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns; liaise with internal and external auditors as required, to supply accurate and timely information; full production of year end analysis and preparation for audit.ProfileCandidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
