And are seeking an experienced and innovative Engineering manager to join theirdynamic and professional team.THE ROLE: Oversee and design new products from conception into full production, ensuring all products meet customer expectations and the regulatory standards for all marketsEnsure new market ideas, new products, OEM solutions and product developments are presented to the team of Directors in the correct format, understanding the commercial and technical issuesDevelop partnerships with knowledge based organisations and suppliersReview and improve the development procedures from concept to productionDevelop build, test procedures and schedulesEnsuring all products and production procedures meet internal and external standardsProduce full design and manufacturing drawings for new products, ensuring Produce detailed Bill of Materials, recommending key suppliers for new products.Develop new products using new technologiesLead a small team of engineersEnsure the Engineering files are managed and up to date, sign off all Engineering Changes.Working Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm Friday 7.30am to 1.00pmTHE CANDIDATE:Is motivated by working in an entrepreneurial environment (ability to learn new skills and implement new ideas)An ability to self-motivate and complete projects in what is a fast paced environmentLikes to get things doneWilling to get stuck-in and do, as well as sayIs driven by the idea of joining a business that they can shape the future ofProficient on Microsoft officeProficient in SolidworksTHE COMPANY:My client based in Brough are a strong and reputable manufacturing business.
