Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager; my client is seeking a talented digital marketing manager to join their award-winning marketing team. You should be motivated by lead generation and be able to adapt your approach to suit each project. You will work with my clients digital agencies to come up with creative digital solutions to finding and converting consumers and manage all the businesses digital channels. They really love their customers and you will work cross functionally with the rest of the team to ensure the clients have the best experience. Being my clients digital marketing manager comes with a lot of responsibility and accountability and is a high-profile role within the business.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee all digital marketing to achieve lead generation objectives including SEO, email, social media and online advertising campaigns, including display and retargeting.
  • Use strong analytical ability to evaluate the effectiveness of our customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Vigilant actioning and reporting on leads in the system.
  • Capture, track and nurture consumer data by developing engaging journeys that convert to sales.
  • Be responsible for the website and its development.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence alongside the external agency.
  • Identify trends and insights, and work with the head of marketing to optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Accountable for forecasting & adjusting digital budget spend.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
  • Manage agency relationships.
  • Essential Criteria
  • At least 2 years proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and convert.
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO, marketing databases, email, social media.
  • Experience in testing and optimising campaigns based on engagement and insight.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a solid knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
