Ideally you would be based within the Hull area, but remote/home-based working will also be considered.The service provides personalised information, advice and support to people affected by dementia. Enabling people diagnosed with dementia to maintain their independence, access services, improve their sense of well-being and access other relevant services.You will also take a lead in managing volunteers across the area.About youYou will be dynamic with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be compassionate and determined to make a difference to the lives of people affected by dementia.The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of the needs of people affected by dementia and the ability to work in a manner that facilitates inclusion, particularly of people affected by dementia, along with an understanding of the need for clientconfidentiality.You will be speaking to people at all levels across your area so great communication, networking and influencing skills are essential. You must have the ability to manage several tasks at once and remain motivated to perform under pressure.Good IT skills and experience of working with databases is essential.N.B.
