Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Office based roleLocation: HullSalary: up to £24,000 (dependant on experience)Hours: Wed- Sat / 7:00- 17:30 OR Sun- Wed / 7:00-17:30Grafton Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for one of their busy, growing clients in the Hull area. We are looking for somebody with excellent Customer Service skills who is wanting to progress their career within the Supply Chainsector.Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • You will take care of your own customers, updating them on the process of their deliveries. Any delays, changes etc..
  • Arranging UK delivery and collections
  • Dealing with all aspects of the cargo movement
  • Resolving any queries from clients and customers
  • General administration duties
  • Managing airfreight
  • Dealing with haulage rate quotations, invoicing and releases
You will need:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Customer Service experience
  • Administration skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • IT Literate
  • Proactive
  • Be a team player
