Job Description

There has never been a better time to join Wescot as we expand our already thriving Customer Operations department. We are on the lookout for committed and customer centric colleagues to join our vibrant call centre in our Hull office on 9th May 2022!What youll be doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
  • Tailoring affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery
Youll spend the first 4 weeks training Monday-Friday. Once youre ready to go, youll move onto our 3 week rolling shift patterns to ensure were there to support our customers when they need us. We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 4pm. You have the option of a 35, 37.5 or 40 hour per week contract with shift patterns that can be completed over 4 or 5 days per week. You will work 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off during the week prior to a Saturday shift.The Fun Facts:We recognise that its our call centre staffs amazing efforts, hard work and dedication that sets us apart from the rest, so we offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including:
