Job Description

Credit Controller | Yorkshire & Humberside| Permanent | £Excellent salary and BenefitsExcellent opportunity to join a leading global brand who offer continued support and trainingThe CompanySeymour John working with an exciting global brand who are looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller to work as part of their Finance Team.You will be a key part of the Finance department, who offer a good development path and will support training should you wish to achieve your CICM qualification.The OpportunityWorking as part of the existing Credit Control Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Debt management by proactively chasing payments
  • Allocating payments to customer accounts
  • Resolving queries and escalations by liaising with Account Managers for prompt resolution
  • Proactively reconcile payments to the customer accounts
    • Desirable skills:
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
  • Ability to use own initiative when required
  • Take ownership and responsibility for customer accounts assigned to them
  • A good strong team player who is highly motivated to achieve set objectives/targets
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to reconcile complex accounts
    • Personal ProfileWe are looking for an experience Credit Controller who can offer excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
