Job Description

Client Success ManagerLocation: Hull / HybridSalary: £24k - £30k DOE + BenefitsWhat will you be doingAs a Client Success Manager at Summit, you will assist and support in the ongoing maintenance and nurturing of client partnerships for our technology suite, Productcaster. You will support clients to overcome challenges, answer their queries and drive positivechange in process and performance. You will evolve client relationships into long-term profitable partnerships, that commercially benefit both the client and Productcaster brand.On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Be the dedicated point of contact for our technology clients. You will lead and coordinate day-to-day client challenges in a timely fashion, communicating progress frequently and effectively, through to resolution
  • Generate existing client growth opportunities through strong relationships
  • Think strategically and tactically to drive stronger client partnerships, encouraging a broader adoption of the Productcaster product portfolio, and driving client value
  • Manage in-bound client opportunities through nurturing and developing new relationships to convert into long-term clients
  • Management of the existing and prospective client CRM / database, ensuring it is up to date, with comprehensive contact information for all contacts
  • Assisting in the monthly billing and invoicing process, and providing support to finance in aged debt, chasing contacts and managing finance queries where necessary
  • Reporting to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis on progress, providing regular reports, with analysis on Productcaster performance, informing senior management of key movements / areas of concern and recommending ways to improve
  • Measuring Productcaster client satisfaction and seeking ways to develop client engagement to help improve churn metrics
  • Providing support to senior management in pitch processes, for both PC and Marketing Services prospects
  • General support of the Productcaster sales programme, in new growth opportunities, new industries, partners or territories
  • Line management of junior team members as needed.
Summiteers are asked to attend our office in the C4DI complex in Hull, Fruit Market 2 days per week, the rest of the week can be done from home. About you Were looking for someone with high energy, infectious enthusiasm and drive to deliver great results for their clients. Experience working in the marketing or retail sectors would be an advantage, however training will be provided for candidates who haveexperience in other sectors.Key skills and knowledge include:
  • Impressive levels of commercial awareness, being able to suggest and secure great contracts for both Summit and the client
  • Experience with Google Merchant/ Google Shopping
  • A great communicator that negotiates effectively and persuasively
  • Knowledge of tools and systems to drive efficiency in sales and marketing activities, such as CRM and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of the principals of B2B marketing and/or Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Highly organised, plans own and team work effectively, and can set priorities and manage resources
  • A great presenter of ideas, sharing them in a clear and confident manner to internal and external clients and colleagues
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Performs even under stressful situations and has a positive influence across the business as a whole
