Job Description

Sure Staffing UK Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced temporary ongoing Class 1 Drivers for our prestigious clients based in kingston Upon Hull with immediate starts for day shifts. With various contracts available you could be driving a range ofclass 1 vehicles and trailers including curtain siders, containers,Tippers or tankersClass 1 Drivers you will need to have:

  • Full Class 1 Driving License
  • A maximum of no more than 6 points on your license
  • Up to date CPC and Digital Tacho Card
  • No DD, DR points on your license
  • Previous experience would be advantageous
Details:
  • Monday to Friday Days £16.00
  • Overtime £18.00
  • Saturday £20.00
  • Sunday/Bank holiday £22.00
  • Various Shifts Available: Days, Night Shunting & Tramping
  • (Some Contracts for Class 1 Drivers offer Overtime Bonuses)
Role outline:
  • This may involve assisting with loading different sized materials from time to time on route.
  • You will be working a fixed 5-day week, with flexible start times between 04:00-07:00
  • This is a great ongoing position with a company that looks after its workers
  • Complete pre departure vehicle checks
  • Transport goods between planned sites and drops
  • Complete paperwork and follow compliance
  • Adhere to tachograph and working times rules
