They work in numerous sectors, building high quality buildings. They provide a turkey service from initial design throughto completion and are experiencing extremely high growth with a big order book on their hands. Due to this, they are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their close-knit, family feel team.In this role you will be based in Hull. Your main task will be to be responsible for delivering an effective design process. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be working within the design team, encouraging effective design with a strong level ofcommunication and coordination with the construction team. You will review the designs to ensure compliance with the construction projects. You will work on multiple projects at a time, overseeing and contributing to the full design process to ensure everyaspect of the project runs smoothly, with no technical issues.This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with a strong background in Architectural Design within the construction or off-site construction industry with experience working on multiple prestigious projects.
