My client, an NHS CIC based in Hull is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a 4 month temporary contract. The role is responsible for the entry of all data in respect of Accounts Payable in relation to the specific part of the ledger allocated. The role will act as the first point of contact with suppliers to ensure that the supply chain is maintained through efficientprocessing and authorization. The role will be responsible for reconciliation of supplier statements and following up reconciling items to ensure that the ledgers are up to date and accurate. You will maintain supplier accounts within Oracle, and also be responsible for distribution of AP invoices to budget holders and ensuring SoD is adhered to. Previous AP experience is required.
