Job Description

Teaching, Learning and Quality Support AdministratorComputing & Engineering£24,509 - £28,186 per annumPermanent, 37 hours per weekLocation: HuddersfieldRef: R6817Are you an enthusiastic and experienced administrator who enjoys a challenge Do you have a proven aptitude for juggling priorities and delivering excellent customer serviceWe are looking for someone to join the Teaching, Learning and Quality Support Office in the School of Computing and Engineering. This is a key role providing a professional service in the areas of timetabling, attendance monitoring and quality administration.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Significant administrative experience and the ability to develop and use administrative systems to manage a varied workload.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to proactively manage several projects at once, and deliver confidently to deadlines.
  • Recent experience of working with computerised record systems and an ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
  • A degree or equivalent educational/training/work-based experience.
