As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be based near Huddersfield, Bradford, Cleckheaton and Dewsbury at the businesss main manufacturing site. The position of Supply Chain Analyst will proactively support the business with the forecasting tools and sale systems.The core duties of the role are focused on educating the stakeholders on the related demand systems and aid in the development of creating forecasts for the manufactured products.As a Supply Chain Analyst you will build various analysis tools to support Customers, Commercial, Manufacturing and other functions of the business. You will also support the construction of weekly KPIs to show Supplier Delivery Performance & Current Inventory.The role joins the business at an exciting period of change. The operation has recently introduced a new business strategy, including a new MRP/ERP system. The role will integrate into a supply chain function thats driving new initiatives to achieve budgeted business performance, with the overlay of business intelligence onto the forecasts to provide insight and analysis into trends.Responsibilities: > Helping to maintain and fully understand forecasting related systems and processes.> Working with the operations teams to ensure that sites are comfortable with forecasts.> Converting customer forecasts into sales plans.> Re-mapping and re-working various complex reports.> Creating various reporting templates for various purposes.> Acting as the main contact for communication between planning teams and customers.What theyre looking for:> This is a fast-moving business and the successful candidate will need to be able to work at pace - youll need to be on it all the time!> Excellent communication skills be eager to learn and hungry to develop.> Ideally hold a degree, but you dont need to, as long of you are of degree calibre.> Excellent at Excel skills.> Experience working within ERP / MRP systems such as SAP, ORACLE, Microsoft Dynamics Retail exposure.What youll get in return:> Competitive Salary> Holidays> Pension Required skills
