The Role of the Service Coordinator
  • Organising the companies service technician daily tasks
  • Ensuring that each technician is sent to the relevant jobs based on location and skills
  • Develop into quoting new and existing customers on part and service costs
  • Liaising with multiple departments to achieve best results
