Our client is a young, fast-growing Digital Marketing agency based in the well-connected commuter hub that is Huddersfield. From here they serve a national and international client base made up of well-established brands and exciting start-ups.Following a string of new client wins, they are looking to add an SEO Executive to the team. Someone looking to make their mark in a growing agency who can contribute positivity and energy to the team, help shape the business and its culture and progress within the business as it continues to grow. The right candidate will have a natural affinity with their three core principals of transparency, education and innovation and will understand their passion for delivering results for clients.The ideal candidate will come with a couple of years of agency experience in an SEO role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will be comfortable presenting to colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.Were looking for someone who can commute to Huddersfield but there is opportunity to work remotely for part of the week.This is a full-time role, ideally, Monday to Friday / 9am-5.30pm, however, there is also some flexibility with hours.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:* Set and implement SEO strategies for clients* Work with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project* Perform technical SEO site audits, keyword research, competitor, and backlink analysis* Manage client relationships and maintain communication* Write copy for websites, blog articles and newsletters* Update websites using different CMS platforms* Ongoing monthly optimisation of SEO campaigns* Develop and implement link building strategies* Use reporting and analytic tools to monitor and report on client performance* Keep up to date with SEO and search trends and technologiesExperience & Skills required:* 2+ years experience within an agency-based SEO role* Solid experience in all aspects of SEO including technical, on-page and off-site* Good with industry tools e.g. MOZ and SEM Rush and Screaming Frog, AH Refs, Google Search Console, Google analytics Ability to analyse and improve results* Excellent written skills and attention to detail - perfect spelling and grammar* Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise and deliver results* Excellent time management and organisational skills* Enthusiastic & positive team player willing to learn, progress & use own initiative* Good verbal communication skills at all levels and able to build rapport with clients* Can-do attitude with the drive to succeedWhat youll get from this Digital Marketing Agency:* A training budget and time allocated to personal development* Flexible working with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week* Some flexibility around hours worked* Opportunity to shape the agencys culture and direction* Generous holiday entitlement* Wide and varied client base* Very social team with regular social events and activitiesSalary of up to £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
