Senior Technical Support EngineerSalary: £29,000 - £33,000 - Dependant on Experience Working Hours: Full time - Monday to FridayLocation: Huddersfield, West YorkshireWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Our client are specialist providers of outsourcing, distributed computing and telephony services. Established in 2007, our client has established themselves as a trusted advisor to charities,local businesses and clients in the legal sector. The Key Duties of the Senior Technical Support Engineer: Provide 1st class customer service in all that you do. Manage a group of clients via service tickets and calls on the helpdesk. Monitor and ensure minimal IT system downtime for clients using the tools provided. Produce and maintain accurate documentation of learnings, resolutions and helpdesk tickets. Take part in system design and work with colleagues for hosted architecture or onsite customer installations.The Key Competencies of the Senior Technical Support Engineer: Software: Asterisk/Freepbx , SIP, Azure, etc. Hardware: Watchguard, Draytek, Dell -Servers and Switches, Yealink, Cisco Customer-focused approach Full clean driving license
