As the Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be providing first class support to the companys varied client base, resolving 1st - 3rd line tickets alongside a team of talented IT Support Technicians.As the Senior IT Support Engineer, you will act as a point of escalation for colleagues and have opportunities to teach and mentor junior technicians.You will be working with the latest technologies and will play an integral role in project work. You will be regularly involved in supporting projects such as exchange migrations, server upgrades, and network installations.You will be able to work remotely, only needing to come into the office for ad hoc hardware issues.
