Job Start Date: ASAPPosition Type: TemporarySector: Special Needs / SENRole: TA / LSASubject: Special Needs / SENLocation: HuddersfieldAbout the job:On behalf of one of our partner schools, Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants (TAs) with experience of working with children with ASD/PMLD and SLCN to provide short and long-term supply cover in their provisions across the Huddersfieldarea. Bookings can range from one week to the full academic year with many of the settings also requiring TAs for emergency cover, so if you are looking for just a few days work each week this option is available for you. A personal consultant will discusswith you about the type of work you are looking for, so whether you are looking for day-to-day cover, short term bookings or long-term placements, we can help with your job search, and our partner school will certainly want to hear about you.Likely Duration - Ongoing cover to July 2022Minimum rate of pay - £70Hours - 8:30am-15:30pm (term time only)It is essential that you have SEN experience, team teach training would be desirable but can be provided. Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with us if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last12 months.
