  • Provide tailored assistance to students facing SEMH challenges, adapting your approach to meet their unique emotional and learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement and monitor individualised support plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Work closely with students to manage and address challenging behaviours, promoting a conducive learning environment.
  • Support students in both emotional and academic growth, helping them build resilience and achieve their educational milestones.
  • Implement strategies to engage students in the learning process, catering to diverse learning styles.
  • Establish open communication channels with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to student support.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and other team members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
