Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorSalary: £25,000 p/aLocation: Huddersfield, West YorkshireWe are currently representing a leading manufacturer based in Huddersfield and are looking for an effective communicator and experienced administrator to support the wider sales team. The Sales Support Administrator will receive great benefits:

The Key Duties of the Sales Support Administrator
  • Work closely with the account managers supporting their customers with admin tasks and communication, you will work with both UK account managers and our international sales function.
  • Completing admin tasks including updating spreadsheets in excel.
  • Collating range reviews in excel, word, power point.
  • Contacting Customers by email and phone to discuss any orders/queries including our international customers.
  • Checking in to see if they need a top up order or book an appointment with the account manager.
  • Sending brochures and prices.
The Key Requirements of the Sales Support Administrator
  • Experience within a Customer Service / Administration role is desirable.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communicator and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Deliver high customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
