Quantity Surveyor Huddersfield £30,000-£40,000 + £4K company car + 10% Bonus potential. Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding principle Contractor and Construction company that works with some of the biggest brands in the world. This opportunity has lots of quick progression opportunities as its rapidly expanding. On offer is a chance to join an expanding team and company with career progression to senior Quantity Surveyor. This opportunity is with a main contractor who mainly cover residential projects such as private and housing association but also some commercial projects. They provide high quality project management, contract administration and quantity surveying servicesto their private clients which has earned them a fantastic reputation. Now they are looking to bring on a Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. In this role you will be office based with the occasional site visits. On a typical project you will be given a tender pack, you will split it down, doing all the sub contract procurement, working with the contracts manager and site team on program and reportingto the commercial manager. Also dipping into the operational side. However what is required can vary depending on each individual project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with experience in either the residential or commercial sector.
