  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate precise project quotes within established profitability parameters.
  • Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and design teams to refine project design and specifications, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, meticulously managing quality, budget, and adherence to timelines.
  • Take charge of on-site project management, adeptly addressing challenges to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our services and offerings.
  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships, gaining insights into their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
