Taskmaster Resources, working with the University since August 2014 are looking to recruit 2 Placement Administrators for 3 months work. Immediate start available and the contract may be extended.Job Purpose:To support the administration of placements in the School.Duties1 To provide a professional, effective, and responsive service to staff and students through advice, information, guidance, support, and efficient placement administration, working closely with internal and external contacts.2 To take responsibility for the administration of a course, or courses in agreement with the DBS Co-ordinator, working closely with all relevant stakeholders, to produce an annual, agreed timed plan.3 To establish and maintain a professional level of contact with, and service to, organisations either providing or interested in providing, placement opportunities.4 To maintain the record of placement activity, producing appropriate reports and using appropriate computer tools, to analyse and assist in future planning, helping to identify placement shortfalls and addressing them.5 Comply with School, University and government data, audit and record requirements, ensuring that data are accurate and up to date, using bespoke systems including the student record, document management and placement systems.6 Ensure that data and reports are produced and maintained to support external audit e.g. Ofsted inspection.7 To produce, update, and maintain professionally provided information for stakeholders, including letters, emails, handbooks, websites and forms.8 To identify, obtain and forward potential marketing and/or public relations material and contacts.9 To contribute to the regular review of policy and processes to maintain effectiveness and efficiency.10 Assisting at whole-School events such as Open Days, Awards Ceremonies and enrolment.11 Undertaking any other duty pertinent to the grade of the post that might be requested at any time.To register for this role remotely candidates must have: UK or EU passport/Biometric Residence Permit, Home office share code (if applicable), proof of NI number other than a payslip and a bank statement for a UK bank account in their own name
