We have been instructed by an impressive Huddersfield law firm who is currently seeking a Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive or fee earner qualified by experience to join their friendly claimant personal injury team. This is a client focused, multi-disciplined firm who has identified a need within the team for an ambitious Chartered Legal Executive or fee earner with upwards of 4 years experience.You will be welcomed into the collegiate personal injury team who hold a wealth of expertise between them and be supported and encouraged to fulfil your career aspirations from then on. The main crux of this opportunity is to proficiently manage a varied claimant personal injury caseload (including litigated cases) end to end; predominantly comprising of Fast Track general Personal Injury to include Employers Liability/Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents with a small percentage of Multi Track claims.As a valued member of the personal injury team, you will hit the ground running as a self-sufficient fee earner, processing all cases through the Proclaim Case Management System, an adept user of the MOJ Portal and capable of litigating cases up to Stage 3. As well as your excellent technical knowledge, your interpersonal skills must be exceptional.
