We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Huddersfield who have a requirement for a temporary part-time Receptionist - immediate startHours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.Training will providedKey Responsibilities:-Provide a warm welcome to visitors, check then in and direct them appropriately-Handle incoming phone calls and manage the switchboard-Responsibility for the main security gate - checking vehicles in and out-Maintain a clean and organised reception area-Support administrative tasks including mail distribution and appointment scheduling-Undertake any further duties, as requiredRequirements:-Proven experience as a Receptionist-Ability to work a busy switchboard-Strong communication and organisational skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-A friendly and professional outlook
