The position is based in the Huddersfield area.Find out more about the role:Starting off on £8.72 per hour during the probationary period where you will be trained.You will work day time shifts and if successful become a permanent member of the team.The hours for the permanent team are Mon-Fri 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm in rotation.As an experienced Over locker / Whipper earning £9.23 per hour after your probationary period finishes, you will work with all sizes of textiles, dependant upon the project at the time. You will be based in the finishing and sewing department of this Huddersfield-based manufacturing company. You will need to have substantial and varied experience in the textile industry - ideally as an Over locker or Whipper..When you first join the inclusive and friendly team of this industry-leading company in West Yorkshire, you may start in the packing area and work your way through to help you get a better understanding of how the factory works and to ensure you have all the skills you need. Your final destination will be with the finishing team where you will hand-finish the products on traditional high-speed machinery. You will be expected to take on flexible working patterns and roles.What you need to offer:
