Job Description

Sky Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Manager to join our team in Huddersfield!This fantastic opportunity is to manage a large account up to 150 warehouse staff in the electrical industry.Competitive basic salary and a performance related bonus scheme would be part of the financial package available.We are looking for a very well organised individual that has the experience of either onsite recruitment, or that has previously worked as a senior Industrial consultant/branch manager.This role will be 100% onsite therefore the ability to work independently is essential - relevant experience to be discussed at interview.Our amazing client are e-commerce award winners and industry leaders in online retail for appliances, laptops and furniture who are growing at a rapid rate.Characteristics we are looking for are:

    • Duties and Responsibilities
  • To manage circa x100-150 candidates daily (numbers affected seasonally).
  • To conduct inductions regularly (occasionally daily during peak periods) .
  • To ensure all candidates are fully suitable for work (checking ID, right to work/eligibility to work in the UK documents etc).
  • Reference checking candidates.
  • Build a strong relationship with the client - this means building relationships with the Operations manager, Shift Managers, Team Leaders and all other relevant stakeholders onsite.
  • Build a great relationship with agency candidates.
  • Reporting KPI’s on a weekly basis to the operations manager, and also maintaining close contact with Sky Recruitment Solutions management remotely
  • Understand the importance of, and demonstrate to candidates, the health and safety procedures.
  • Report into the Sky Recruitment Solutions Head of Client Relations and MD daily.
  • Provide a high-quality service and maintain the highest business standards at all times.
