Job Description

Our client is a construction company that specialises in architectural glazing services. They are seeking a skilled and organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic construction team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuringthe smooth and efficient operation of the office.Key Responsibilities

  • General Office Management: Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Document Management: Efficiently handle and organise construction-related documents, contracts, and invoices.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the office and between the office and field staff, including phone and email correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for company executives and team members.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and project management software.
  • Client Relations: Assist in client interactions and project coordination, ensuring clients needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll administration.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain organised records, both digital and physical, to support project management and compliance needs.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role in the construction industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction or related industry terminology is a plus.
