Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)Salary - £23 - £32k p/a (Entry Level to Skilled)Hours - 39 hours (Mon-Thu 07:00am-16:00pm Friday 07:00am-11:45pm)Location - Huddersfield, West YorkshireBenefits - Free parking, Death in Service Payout, Healthcare Cashback Scheme, Canteen, Pension, Potential for an annual bonus, Birthday off, Xmas off.PermanentStafflex currently have an excellent opportunity for Multi-skilled Engineers, within the heart of Huddersfield, with a growing client. You will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical assembly of pharmaceutical grade equipment. This is fulfilling workassembling instrumentation used within dialysis and hospital/medical application. This role is for someone passionate who wants to make a difference and be rewarded fairly for the work completed.Day to day duties include:- Assembling products from technical drawings using various methods of assembly, Electrical and Mechanical.- Various methods of testing, including Pre-Delviery and Factory Acceptance.- Electrical and Mechanical fit-out, including: accepting bought out parts, inspection, sub-assembly, wire equipment, quality checks, labelling, inventory compiling and despatch.- Carrying out site installation as a team when required.- Attending client sites for installation.- Awareness of Good Manufacturing Practice.- Maintaining a high level of housekeeping.- Sharing knowledge and expertise between Multi-skilled team.- Ad hoc duties, including compiling reports where required.Requirements of the Multi-skilled Engineer:- City & Guilds 17th Edition or Newer- City and Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 Electrical Installation- Knowledge of Testing, Assembly and Validation of equipment- Proven Track Record of working as part of a team- Willingness to learn and embrace new ideas.- Ability to work as part of a team.- Ability to use electric hand tools.- Ability to read and understand drawings.- Good understanding of Health and Safety.If you are interested in the role, and have relevant skills and experience, please apply to the role or contact Mulenga in the Stafflex Engineering team on (Ext.4).
