Job Description

As an IT Workflow Analyst you will have full responsibility for ensuring the departmental operational tools are in place and maintained to provide our customers with the best service possible.It is an exciting opportunity for someone as this is a brand new role and we are looking for someone to bring in new ideas to develop and make our customer experience more streamlined.You will be a key member of the team working to achieve the best outcome through workflow automation, user provisioning and self-service tooling through the use of scripting and departmental tooling.As an IT Workflow Analyst you are an integral part of the IT team and duties are included below;* Developing the digital presence of SGTS (Saint Gobain Technology Services). A comprehensive online offering, including our intranet and online self-service tools for all platforms including mobile devices.* Improve the self-service tooling through process mapping and scripting. * Deliver workflow automation to achieve single touch or zero touch user provisioning. * Produce and action reports to measure and demonstrate service improvements. * Perform administration as required to manage and maintain operating tools * Identify and suggest improvements within the departmental processes to improve our customers experience.What kind of person are we looking forFirst and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. In addition to the five Saint-Gobain attitudes we shared at the start, suitability for the role is always key; does the following criteria sound like you* Experience of 1st line and 2nd line IT support * Ability to complete tasks within deadlines set* Hands on experience of Active Directory Object Management and Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Management* Hands on experience of workflow / automation tooling such as Nintex and AD Manager Plus* Experience of user provisioning, password management systems and self-service tooling * Experience of departmental process mapping * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities* Excellent communication skills * Computer Science degree or demonstrable work experienceWho are Saint-GobainSaint-Gobain was founded in 1665 to deliver a world first - the production of glass on an industrial scale.
