Join a growing cyber security and IT support company as an IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer.THE JOB:- Provide detailed customer support through telephone, email, and remote control, addressing issues related to our services and products.- Conduct occasional on-site work, offering hands-on technical assistance.- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction.- Configure, install, and maintain desktops, servers, networking hardware, and associated software.- Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide cross-functional support.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a helpdesk environment within an MSP setting.- Strong knowledge of Windows Desktops & Servers, Networking, Office 365, and Azure.- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating openness, friendliness, and flexibility.- Confidence in managing multiple tasks.- Eagerness to learn, grow, and maintain a positive attitude.- Full driving license and personal transport.SALARY & BENEFITS:- £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.- 21 days holiday + additional days for continuous service + public holidays.- Opportunities for obtaining Industry Standard Certifications.- Health and wellness programs.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
