They have a flexible approach and the role can include some home-based working.An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team. They are looking for a motivated and driven individual who can demonstrate good programming experience and knowledge and who can instil confidence and trust in all end users.Reporting to the company Directors, the role will be interesting and varied with the key aim to provide professional and personable technical support to clients either remotely or on-site and will include:• Providing all clients with excellent customer services experience.• Supporting the ICT needs of existing and new clients.• Working as an integral part of an experienced team of Technical Support Engineers.• Handling helpdesk calls and responding to service tickets raised by clients.• Working quickly and effectively to ensure problems are dealt with and downtime is minimised.• Making sure all admin and documentation is accurate and handled efficiently.• Taking part in system and design work to help complete customer installations.• Remotely accessing servers and workstations to provide support.• Software and hardware installations.• Assisting with projects from inception to sign offIdeally, you will have experience within:• An ICT Helpdesk environment• Virtualisation• VoIP• Office 365• Azure• Strong Network and diagnostics -VPNs and VLANsA full UK driving licence is preferred.
