Job Description

IT Service Desk Team Leader - 28KHuddersfield Salary: 25K - 28K dependant on experience + excellent benefits I am working alongside a fantastic organisation based in Huddersfield who are looking for an IT Service Desk Team Leader to join the team.Working in a fast-paced environment you will be part of an established team providing desktop support to internal users, assist with in-house installs, troubleshooting, adding new equipment to inventories, and escalating calls where applicable.Responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring, and supporting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Experience of Windows based environment, standard desktop applications and be able to support and advise users and colleagues on their best use.
  • Experience prioritising and planning work to ensure deadlines are met within your team.
  • It is essential you have experience leading a team or have the desire to do so.
