IT Helpdesk Technician.£18,000 - £22,000.Huddersfield, Centre.On the job training, parking, excellent working environment.This is a busy business with a small, established team who provide ICT support to Legal, Charity and Commercial businesses across the region. They are committed to providing excellent service and have many repeat customers renewing contracts year after year. Some of their clients operate at the forefront of modern technology and will allow you to be part of their projects.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the team. This is a key role and will involve handling support tickets, dealing with queries, managing problems, and providing solutions to the customer base.You will need to be able to think on your feet and provide solutions within a timely manner, ensuring problems are dealt with and escalated. The support you provide will be over the telephone or at client sites as and when required. You will have a good working knowledge of Office 365, Azure, VoIP, VPNs and VLANs and Visualisation and be willing to complete thorough on the job training.This will suit a people person who is committed to being the very best at what they do. You will be an organised administrator with excellent interpersonal skills. It will also suit someone looking for a stable and long-term employment environment.Previous experience within an IT Support role is essential, as is an excellent attitude and a positive approach to work.A full UK driving licence is preferred.
