Job Description

The opportunity;We are working with a fast paced, growing organisation in their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their UK HR team, supporting a specific business division on all people related matters. This is an interim role for 3-6 months with the possibilityof a permanent role thereafter.Working in partnership with the divisional Director and wider HR team, the Interim HR Business Partner will be involved in;

  • supporting the UK wide management team with all people related matters including complex disciplinaries and grievances.
  • talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • annual salary review process.
  • retention and engagement initiatives.
This is a multi site business and UK wide travel will be expected, alongside flexibility and hybrid working (likely 2 days at home plus up to 2 days travel per week)The Person;We are looking for someone who has the following attributes and can start in December;
  • able to work in a fast paced, commercial business.
  • strong generalist experience with good operational skill, able to coach and support managers.
  • confident and outgoing personality, able to build relationships quickly.
  • excellent knowledge of employment law.
  • experience of working across multiple sites.
