Job Description

A highly-reputable financial planning firm are on the lookout for an experienced financial Services Administrator. This firm provide bespoke financial advice to a diverse client portfolio and adhere to the highest standards of client services. Whats on offer

The role will be full time office based and they are happy to consider a new graduate who has done a Financial Services degree - but they would need to have acquired the life, pension and investment product knowledge as part of that.What will the role entail
  • processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals
  • sending LOA
  • liaising with providers
  • preparing client meeting packs
  • providing a comprehensive client service
  • basic suitability report writing
