Elevation HR are working with a specialist manufacturing business to recruit a part-time HR Officer. The hours of work will be 22hrs a week and our client is flexible as to whether this is over 5 days or 3. This is a stand alone HR role reporting into the Managing Director and will have responsibility for c70 employees, supporting on the full range of HR issues.You will be required to manage the day-to-day duties of recruitment, employee relations, employee development, HR administration as well as development of policies and procedures that will be appropriate to a growing business. In addition there are ongoing projects around development, diversity and succession planning. As this is a stand alone position you must be able to demonstrate credibility, influencing skill, creativity as well as confidence and common sense!Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:* A minimum of 3 years HR experience ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice* IT and HR Administration literateElevation HR is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on HR positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
