We are delighted to be recruiting for a Logistics business in Huddersfield who are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR team due to internal promotion! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who offer a supportive team environmentwith room to grow. Working within a team of 7, and alongside another HR Assistant.The role:Maintain the Companys ATS recruitment system including the creation of job adverts to be advertised on the company website, on line job boards, Produce contracts of employment and new starter packs, collate returned paperwork and set up new starters on the HR and Payroll system (iTrent) Maintain up to date contracts following pay negotiations or any legislative changes Process variations to terms and conditions of employment in iTrent and produce variation letters Manage HR Correspondances Conduct exit interviews Be the first point of contact for iTrent queries including holidays, sickness and access levels Be responsible for the maintenance of iTrent and monthly & ad hoc reporting Assist with the mapping and updating of HR processes and upkeep of organisation charts Opportunity to assist with note taking in formal meetings including Disciplinaries and Grievances Undertake any ad-hoc administration tasks as required and provide cover for the other HR Assistant during periods of leaveTo be considered you will be an experienced HR Administrator, ambitious to develop.
