The role involves working as a team of 4 doing a rota which covers 7 days and consists of 2 weeks of earlies and 2 weeks of lates which operate in between the hours of 7am to 10.30pm. It entails working 7 days out of 14 and gives alternate weekends offMust be a car driver (45p/mile)Must have 1 year experience minimum in CareDBS on the update service is desirablePaid for shift as opposed per call7 hour shiftsCovers North HuddersfieldYour role may also include supporting individuals with their daily activities which can include getting up (you may be required to support with elements of moving and handling including hoists as part of the role), personal care (which can be of an intimatenature), showering/bathing, assisting with toileting, dressing and getting people ready for the day ahead / all meals and drinks / support to mobilise around their home / medication management / getting ready for bed etc
