Our client is seeking a Graduate HR Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term role, offering an annual salary of £22,000 - £25,000. This position, based in Huddersfield, involves comprehensive HR administrative responsibilities and the opportunity to contributeto various HR projects.Client DetailsOur client, a prominent organization, is a leader in their industry and is dedicated to maintaining a productive and inclusive work environment. They value the contributions of their employees and provide opportunities for growth and development.DescriptionIn this role, as one of two HR Administrators, your primary responsibility will be the efficient management of HR administrative activities, all in alignment with established KPIs. Additionally, you will play a crucial supporting role to HR Advisors, HRManagers, and the HR Director, assisting them with project work and addressing ad hoc tasks as they arise.Your key duties will include maintaining the Companys ATS recruitment system, including the creation and distribution of job adverts across various platforms. You will be responsible for the complete onboarding process, from producing contracts of employmentand new starter packs to setting up new hires on the HR and Payroll system (iTrent). Additionally, you will manage the ongoing driver contracts, updating them following pay negotiations or legislative changes. Processing variations to terms and conditionsof employment, handling leavers in iTrent, and producing various employment-related letters will also be part of your role.You will have the opportunity to conduct exit interviews and provide detailed reports on reasons for departure. As the first point of contact for iTrent queries, including those related to holidays, sickness, and access levels, you will ensure a smooth flowof HR operations. Moreover, you will actively maintain iTrent and prepare both monthly and ad hoc reports. Your role extends to assisting in the mapping and updating of HR processes and the upkeep of organization charts. There will also be opportunities foryou to contribute by taking notes during formal meetings, such as Disciplinaries and Grievances. Additionally, you will be prepared to take on ad-hoc administrative responsibilities and provide cover for the other HR Assistant during their periods of leave.Please note: this role will be based fully on-site in Huddersfield.ProfileThe successful candidate should have a strong interest in working within a generalist HR team and possess:
